What counts as a page?
Plain rules, worked out in advance. No fuzzy “credits” maths.
Its actual page count.
A 3-page invoice is 3 pages. A single scanned receipt is 1 page. What you see is what you’re billed.
1 page per 10,000 cells.
A spreadsheet with 24,000 populated cells counts as 3 pages — rounded up, measured on what’s actually filled.
The body is a flat 1 page.
Attachments are counted by their own format. A short email with a 2-page PDF attached is 3 pages total.

Questions about billing.
No — allowances reset at the start of each billing period. The hard cap is the whole point: predictable cost, no quiet overage on the invoice.
The next file is blocked, in plain English, until the allowance resets or you move up a tier. Nothing is silently billed beyond your plan.
Yes — permanent failures are flagged in the dashboard and the pages are refunded automatically. You never pay for a page that didn’t return.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you’re charged the new plan price and get its full page allowance straight away. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Annual is a separate, lower rate — not a discount off the monthly price — and it saves between 19% and 26% depending on the plan. Your twelve months of page credits are granted up front and expire at renewal. Monthly is the default and has no commitment.
